Personal data processing and privacy policy

1. Operator and scope

This Policy describes personal-data processing in connection with ai24solutions.online, its forms, AI assistant, email, telephone and linked communication channels under the law of the Republic of Belarus, including Law No. 99-Z of 7 May 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

2. Data we may process

Depending on the interaction, this may include name, phone number, email address, Telegram username, company/role, task description, selected service, source/page of the request, AI-assistant messages and recent conversation context.

The assistant may derive an operational summary, readiness/urgency signals, process context and a preliminary AI-versus-automation fit solely to prepare the conversation or handoff. These outputs are not used to make decisions producing legal effects for the visitor or to deny access to services.

Technical request/session data may also be processed for security and operation, including network/browser parameters, page URL, session identifier, request-frequency information and infrastructure logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Purposes include responding to requests, preparing a possible engagement, operating the AI assistant, delivering a request to a specialist, maintaining security and performing an agreement where one is being concluded or has been concluded. Where consent is the legal basis, it is requested separately before the relevant processing. Contract-related processing uses the applicable legal basis and is not artificially replaced by consent.

4. Service providers and cross-border transfers

Depending on the feature or enabled delivery channel, technical recipients may include Cloudflare (hosting, Functions, KV, limited context and consent-evidence storage); OpenRouter and model providers selected through it for AI-assistant messages; Telegram as the platform for the corporate bot and/or an enabled lead-delivery channel; and Google Sheets / webhook delivery. Their infrastructure may be outside Belarus.

Where data is transferred to a country that may not provide an adequate level of personal-data protection, the visitor is warned before consent of the material risks: different privacy and retention rules, possible lawful access by foreign authorities, limited direct control over foreign infrastructure and different mechanisms for exercising data-subject rights.

5. Retention

• website AI-assistant context and corporate Telegram-bot history: up to 180 days after the last activity unless deleted sooner;
• minimal technical consent evidence (notice version, method, timestamp, pseudonymous identifier and withdrawal marker): up to 180 days after the relevant consent ends or is withdrawn, solely to demonstrate receipt and termination of consent;
• assistant operational events and a local KV lead copy, when enabled: up to 90 days;
• an uncontracted inquiry processed on consent: no longer than necessary and no more than 180 days from submission unless consent is withdrawn earlier;
• after a contract is concluded, data required for the contract or by law may be processed under another applicable legal basis.

6. Your rights

Data subjects have the rights provided by Belarusian Law No. 99-Z. Questions may be sent to [email protected]. Legally significant requests to exercise statutory rights must follow the form and procedure required by Article 14 of that Law; an ordinary email does not replace a legally required form where such a form applies.

7. Data minimization and security

Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment credentials, confidential documents or special-category personal data through public forms or the AI assistant unless processing has been separately agreed and has a lawful basis. Access controls, HTTPS, secret isolation, limited context, retention periods and website-context deletion are used as safeguards.

8. Cookies and local storage

The site uses necessary technical mechanisms, including a protected AI-assistant session identifier and a local marker recording dismissal of the cookie information banner. The site's own code does not use them for advertising profiling. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, the notice and consent mechanism must be updated before use where required.
