Purpose: receive your message, perform an automated preliminary assessment, generate a response and retain limited context if you consent.

Data: message text, recent conversation history, page URL and session identifier for the website; for Telegram, Telegram user/chat ID, username if available and phone number only if voluntarily shared via the contact button; process context and operational classification outputs. Contact details are not required for the initial AI conversation.

Operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, use, automated analysis, transfer to technical recipients and deletion.

Recipients / cross-border transfer: Cloudflare; OpenRouter; model providers selected through OpenRouter; and, for the Telegram bot, Telegram as the messaging platform. Transfers may involve countries whose protections differ from Belarus; the risks are described in section 4.

Term: during use of the assistant and up to 180 days after the last activity unless withdrawn earlier; operational events are kept up to 90 days. Minimal consent evidence is kept up to 180 days after termination/withdrawal. On the website, ↻ deletes stored context and withdraws consent for future messages; in Telegram, /reset deletes the history stored by the bot and withdraws consent for future messages. Neither action guarantees instant deletion of technical logs already created by external providers.

If you refuse: no message is sent to the language model and the AI conversation on the website or in the corporate Telegram bot does not run; the rest of the website and direct contact channels remain available.

Rights / withdrawal: you may stop using the assistant, use ↻ on the website or /reset in Telegram, and contact the operator. Other rights are exercised under Belarusian Law No. 99-Z.
