1. Status of these terms

These terms govern ai24solutions.online, its public content, forms and AI assistant. They do not contain all essential terms of a paid development, implementation, support or training contract and are not a public offer for such paid services under Article 407 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Submitting a form, sending an assistant message, email, call or Telegram message does not by itself create an obligation to order or pay for a service. The contracting party, scope, price, timing, acceptance, intellectual-property terms and other material terms are set out in a separately agreed document before paid work begins.

2. Person responsible for the website

The website and AI24Solutions designation are used within the project of individual Сидоренко Светлана Геннадьевна. AI24Solutions is a project/product name and is not represented by these terms as a separate legal entity.

3. Permitted use

You may browse public materials and voluntarily use forms and interactive features. You must not use the site for unlawful activity, interference with infrastructure, malicious code, infringement of third-party rights or intentional submission of another person's personal data without a lawful basis.

4. AI assistant

The assistant provides a preliminary informational assessment of a business problem. Responses are automated and may contain inaccuracies. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice unless a competent professional engagement is separately agreed.

Before the first AI message is processed, the website requires an explicit checkbox. In the corporate Telegram bot, before the first AI action the user sees a short notice with a link to the processing terms; selecting one of the offered options acts as the electronic consent confirmation and is recorded server-side before the selected message is sent to the language model. The service keeps a minimized technical record of electronic consent where the configured storage permits it. On the website, ↻ withdraws assistant consent for future messages; in Telegram, /reset withdraws bot consent and clears the history stored by the bot. Do not submit secrets or special-category data without a separate lawful basis.

5. Forms and inquiries

Form data is used to respond and prepare a possible engagement. Processing details, retention, recipients and cross-border risks are described in the Privacy Policy and the notice shown before consent.

6. Products and external environments

The site may link to separate digital products and runtime environments. Additional product or third-party terms may apply after leaving this corporate website; these website terms do not replace them.

7. Content and intellectual property

Rights in text, design, software, images, marks and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Use is permitted only to the extent allowed by law, a license or separate permission.

8. Third-party services

Third-party infrastructure and communication services support the website. Their availability and internal policies are not under complete control of the person responsible for this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. No guaranteed business outcome

Public materials, demonstrations and preliminary estimates do not guarantee a particular commercial result, economic effect or uninterrupted availability of third-party services. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities remain unaffected.

10. Paid work

Paid services and development start only under a separately agreed document identifying the parties, scope, price or pricing method, timing, interaction and acceptance rules and, where relevant, intellectual-property, confidentiality and data-processing terms.

11. Personal data

Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to a particular processing operation, do not submit the corresponding form or AI-assistant message.

12. Changes and contact

The current version is published on this page with a date. Material changes to consent conditions are not applied retroactively; fresh consent is requested where required.
